Troubleshooting – Android
Please follow these steps to get CommuteBoost working on Android:

Update the App

Open Google Play Store.

Search for Mobilityways.

Tap Update if available
-
- Check Location Settings
- Go to Settings → Location.
- Ensure Location is toggled ON.
- Tap App permissions → Mobilityways.
- Select Allow all the time.
- Ensure Precise location is enable
- Check Physical Activity Permission
- Go to Settings → Apps → Mobilityways → Permissions.
- Confirm Physical activity is set to Allow.
- Disable Battery Optimisation
- Go to Settings → Apps → Mobilityways → Battery.
- Tap Battery optimisation.
- Select Not optimised for Mobilityways.
- Also, turn off Power Saving Mode under Settings → Battery
- Enable Background Data
- Go to Settings → Apps → Mobilityways → Mobile data.
- Ensure Allow background data usage is toggled ON.
Troubleshooting – iPhone
Please follow these steps to get CommuteBoost working on iPhone:
- Update the App
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Scroll to Available Updates.
- Find Mobilityways and tap Update (or tap Update All).
- Check Location Settings
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
- Ensure Location Services is ON.
- Scroll down and tap Mobilityways.
- Set Allow Location Access to Always.
- Turn Precise Location ON
- Check Motion & Fitness Permission
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness.
- Turn Fitness Tracking ON (if it’s off).
- Ensure Mobilityways is toggled ON in the app list.
- Disable Low Power Mode
- Go to Settings → Battery.
- Turn Low Power Mode OFF
- Ensure Background Activity is Allowed
- Go to Settings → General → Background App Refresh.
- Ensure 섭Background App Refresh** is ON.
- Tap Background App Refresh and select Wi-Fi & Mobile Data.
- Scroll down and ensure Mobilityways is toggled ON
- Also check: Settings → Mobile Service → Mobilityways → ensure Mobile Data is ON
