This help guide will walk you through the process of activating your Liftshare account after registering on the Liftshare site as well as troubleshooting steps in the event that your activation email doesn't arrive.
Important: Members will not be able to use or navigate through their account until their account has been activated.
How to activate my account
- After signing up for a Liftshare account you will be sent an activation email to the email address you registered with. To activate your account click the "Activate my account" button in that email:
What should I do if I haven't received an activation email?
If you can't see the email in your inbox try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check your email address is correct, read our guide on updating your account details
- Contact Liftshare by submitting a ticket - one of our team will be able to help.
