You can view live analytics within the PTP behaviour change dashboard. This dashboard gives insight into what impact the travel plans have had on the commuting behaviour of your organisation. Here you will find engagement numbers of your PTPs and can filter by date range to assess impact of your campaigns.
It is important to review potential modal shift that occurs after provided oyur workforce with a travel plan. You can view this in your dashboard in the original vs post PTP mode of travel graph. You can export these graphs by clicking the 3 lines in the top right of the graph if you want to report externally.
You may want to review the overall modes that are being presented to your staff. You can do this by visiting the generated travel options graph, which is the bottom left panel. It is important to consider the practical realities of staff travel when building engagement activities and updating commuting policy.
The bottom right panel accumulates the driving distances the PTPs have highlighted to your staff. Here you can find a PTP average across all completed travel plans. It is important to make a distinction between average distances between your travel survey, CommuteIQ report and your PTPs.
The Personal Travel Plan average is calculated from the completed travel plans only. For reporting purposes, It is recommended to use the average distance from a travel survey as it has achieved margin of error and is therefore representative of your workforce.
